76% of women are wearing the wrong size bra...
Exposure were tasked with developing a digital online hub to educate and inspire women about the right fitting lingerie. They wanted us to fit over 1,000,000 women.
Working closely with the Art Director, we needed to evolve the brand and encourage modern style seekers to reappraise a brand deemed old fashioned. We worked with data, insights and trends in women fashion to develop the content strategy for a digital hub online to encourage women to get fitted for a bra- which results in repeat purchase.
We created a set of tools including bra size checking tool as well as editorial content for social (the 5 bras every women needs) to encourage women to book a bra fitting. (We knew that once women had been fitted they were became loyal customers.)
The hubs success created an increase in basket value for Triumph's ecommerce platform and increased engagement with content on social channels. http://findtheone.triumph.com/
At present over 2 million women have been fitted with the correct size bra.
The campaign won Best Pan European Campaign at the 2016 European Search Awards.
