LOCKDOWN 2020 THE BALCONY SESSIONS
The pandemic hit the world hard. With the creative industry at a standstill, studios shut, I started to livestream free yoga classes from my balcony in Dalston. 60 days of lockdown, 60 days of daily classes and some dedicated followers kept it going. Playlists, tears and gin and tonics. My mission was to keep people fit indoors, myself sane and raise a smile in a very testing time.
I collaborated with brands such as Euphoric Threads, Ted Baker and Hey Girl Magazine.
Hugely passionate about yoga, wellness, dance and fitness and with only myself as a model, creator, instructor and director I bought a tripod and created as much as I could.
