We needed to show how SP&B outshine its competitors to attract the most talented and passionate operators for its pubs?
The strategy was to establish Star as the market leader in how it supports its publicans to grow their businesses. Show how we will give them the independence they crave, balanced with support when they need it. Engage in a human way, not like a faceless corporate entity. And shift the focus of our messaging onto them.

A dual meaning using the star logo to show the support from Star, and that the pubs are successful with real people. Long copy illustrated personal stories and played out the benefits.
